Privacy and Liability Policy

The web site and user data base of the Dr. Tom Dooley Society are for the private, non-commercial use of the Society and its members. The Notre Dame Alumni Association will be granted access to certain limited fields of information for the purposes of updating its general alumni data base. The Dr. Tom Dooley Society will make good-faith efforts to protect the privacy of the site, the data base and the members. However, it is beyond the scope and abilities of the Society to guarantee individual privacy and to guard against possible unintended uses of the web site by unauthorized persons.

The University of Notre Dame and the Notre Dame Alumni Association take no responsibility for the accuracy of any advice or information, either oral or written, that is communicated by members of the University, the Alumni Association, The Dr. Tom Dooley Society and its members, or any other parties participating in the organization or its events and shall have no liability for any such communications. Compliance with all regulations governing the professional conduct of Dooley Society members shall be the responsibility of the individual members, and the University, Alumni Association and Dooley Society shall have no liability for such compliance.
